The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conceptualising, designing and implementing online training, learning and leadership development programmes that address the Party’s needs
- Coordinating and managing the DA’s online learning platform(s) that house DA learning programmes, to ensure learners can engage in innovative and excellent online learning
- Ensuring the online systems are up to date, safe to use, and integrated with the Party’s systems
- Coordinating functions, projects, and programmes that support the DA as a learning organisation
- Developing innovative and engaging curricula, course materials and assessments, which can be used for development initiatives for the Party’s public representatives, activists and staff
Minimum requirements:
- Tertiary qualification
- 2 years’ experience working with Moodle, Articulate (including Rise), or other online course creation software used to develop courses for the Moodle platform
- Experience in conducting thorough research and developing well-structured, engaging course content
- Experience with user testing and feedback collection
- Project management experience
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite, Zoom, Canva, and any other design software being advantageous
Skills:
- Written and verbal communication
- Organisation
- Administration
- Attention to detail
Abilities:
- Manage multiple tasks with competing levels of priority
- Outcomes-orientated, not simply task-orientated
- Work well under pressure
