Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Wellness Coordinator to join our team. The Wellness Coordinator will be responsible for promoting and implementing wellness programs and initiatives to improve the overall health and well-being of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate wellness programs and initiatives that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Coordinate and facilitate wellness activities, workshops, and events.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide resources and support for employees.
- Conduct needs assessments and surveys to identify wellness priorities and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze data to track program effectiveness and measure outcomes
- Provide individualized coaching and support to employees seeking to improve their health and wellness.
- Assist in the development of wellness policies and guidelines.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for wellness within the organization,
- Bachelor's degree in health promotion, public health, or related field.
- Certification in health coaching, wellness coaching, or related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in organizing and implementing wellness programs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and wellness principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and wellness program management software.
