Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic and results- driven Retail Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute impactful marketing campaigns that grow our brand presence, increase foot traffic, and boost sales both online and in- store. This role is ideal for a creative yet analytical marketing professional with strong experience in retail, a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing, and a proven ability to connect with target audiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive sales, traffic, and customer engagement across retail stores and online platforms.

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid campaigns to grow brand visibility and engagement.

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.

  • Produce and manage marketing collateral— such as in- store signage, digital content, and promotional materials— aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with cross- functional teams and retail partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.

  • Stay updated on market trends, retail insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A recognised university degree ( Marketing or related field preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail marketing, preferably within the FMCG or consumer electronics sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales growth.

  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing , and social media.

  • Proven experience managing marketing budgets and optimising campaigns for maximum return.

  • Strong proficiency with analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel , and reporting dashboards ( e. g., Tableau or equivalent).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.


Desired Skills

  • Ability to create basic digital designs ( e. g., Facebook/ Instagram posts, banners) using Canva or similar tools.

  • Data- driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.

  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in intermediate Excel ( budget tracking, data analysis).

  • Good understanding of retail operations and consumer behaviour in both brick- and- mortar and e- commerce environments.


Working Environment

  • Office- based with occasional travel to retail locations and stores for campaign roll- outs and activations.

  • Fast- paced, collaborative environment with multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines.
