A luxury 5-star property is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about pastry, baking, and dessert presentation, who thrives in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goodsAssist the Pastry Sous Chef and Executive Chef with menu development and production planningMaintain consistent portion control and high presentation standardsEnsure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulationsMaintain cleanliness and organisation in the pastry sectionAssist with training and mentoring junior pastry staff Requirements:- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar pastry role, ideally in a 4 or 5-star property
- Formal culinary or pastry qualification
- Passion for patisserie, baking, and dessert plating
- Creativity, precision, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to relocate and live on-site
- Live-in accommodation
- Meals on duty
