Key Responsibilities:Assist with the day-to-day operation of the laboratory.
Support and align the analytical and technical services to support operations.
Routine and non-routine analysis on raw materials, in-process and final products.
To manage instrumental analytical support with chromatography, NIR, spectroscopy and titrimetric analysis.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
To manage SHE and risk within an energetic material environment.
Supervise and develop the laboratory team to exceed the service functional requirements.
Conduct investigations, problem solving and trouble-shooting.
Drive continuous development of the analytical and technical support function.
Good housekeeping and responsible waste management.
Requirements:
Requirements:BTech (Analytical Chemistry) or BSc (Chemistry/Material Science).
Post graduate qualification will be advantageous.
Supervisory experience will be advantageous.
Minimum 5 years of Analytical laboratory experience.
Willing to work shifts.
Good verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
Good management skills with a high concern for standards, efficiency, effectiveness and results orientated.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of method qualification with standard practices (statistical, method validation, performance verification).
Proficient computer skills (MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, SAP, etc.).
