Role Overview
Translate marketing insights into clear, actionable brand plans aligned with business, pricing, channel, promotional, and innovation strategies to drive volume, value, and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic Brand Plans supporting growth targets.
- Lead insight-driven innovation and renovation across product, packaging, trade, shopper, and consumer communications.
- Leverage analytics, trends, and competitive intelligence to improve brand health and relevance.
- Optimize portfolio and SKU performance to impact top-line and profitability.
- Guide communication strategy and oversee agency output for above/below-the-line campaigns.
- Manage core brand tasks: forecasting, media planning, promo tracking, investment, brand health, and performance metrics.
- Coach and guide Junior Brand Manager.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5+ years in brand/marketing roles, with cross-functional collaboration and proven brand growth results.
