A leading luxury game lodge is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Lodge Anchor to support lodge operations and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across departments.Responsibilities include:Assisting with daily lodge operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Food & BeverageHosting and engaging with guests to create a memorable experienceSupporting the management team with shift handovers and departmental coordinationEnsuring service standards are consistently maintainedHandling guest queries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner Requirements:- At least 2–3 years’ experience in a guest-facing role within a 4 or 5-star lodge or boutique hotel
- Confident, professional, and guest-focused demeanor
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours in a remote environment
- Valid driver's license is advantageous
- Live-in accommodation
- Meals provided while on duty
