Our client, a large construction company with offices across South Africa, is looking for a Finishing Foreman to join their growing team in Durban!
What you will need:
· Occupational Health and Safety Course
· 10 Years + Technical Experience
· 3 Years + Managerial Experience
Your responsibilities will include:
· Plan, implement and manage construction tasks and activities in accordance with priorities and goals
· Manage and monitor labour and subcontractors performance and attendance
· Produce 2 weekly program and resource schedules in line with project program
· Adhere to relevant safety regulations
· Implementation of QCP inspections and checklist sign off's
