Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and credit notes accurately on QuickBooks and MDA
- Schedule and process supplier payments on time
- Maintain accurate records for audit purposes
- Perform monthly supplier reconciliations and produce age analysis reports
- Ensure VAT compliance and accurate financial documentation
- Manage debtor administration and leasing-related billing/refunds
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping
- 5+ years experience in accounting/bookkeeping (all transactions up to TB)
- Proficient in QuickBooks, MDA/MRI
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication, admin, and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and professionalism
- Own transport essential
