Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, or related field. Experience in hardware support or maintenance. Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands. Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements:
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills. Knowledge of digital turnaround processes and related hardware. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware used in digital turnaround projects. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues during project execution. Ensure hardware components are functioning effectively for the turnaround process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess hardware needs and improve performance. Maintain detailed documentation of hardware configurations, issues, and solutions.
