We seek a driven and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our Reaction Division . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients in the reaction and armed response security sector .

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Proactively identify and secure new business within the Reaction security sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Sales Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking all client interactions and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales procedures, policies, and ethical standards.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the security industry .
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and secure new business through cold calling and networking.
  • PSIRA registration (advantageous).
  • Results-driven, goal-oriented, and assertive.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Product knowledge in DSC, IDS, Paradox alarm systems, and armed response services is an advantage.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Good, contactable references.
