We seek a driven and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our Reaction Division . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients in the reaction and armed response security sector .
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Proactively identify and secure new business within the Reaction security sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Sales Administration & Reporting
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking all client interactions and business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company sales procedures, policies, and ethical standards.

- PSIRA registration (advantageous).
- Results-driven, goal-oriented, and assertive.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Product knowledge in DSC, IDS, Paradox alarm systems, and armed response services is an advantage.

- Valid driver’s license.
- Clear criminal record.
- Good, contactable references.
