Description:
Maintain office support and administration in Commercial/IR Department
Incident investigation in cases of misconduct, incapacity and grievances
Prepare CCMA/Bargaining Council bundles of evidence
Represent the Company and/or its clients in CCMA and Bargaining Council disputes
Ensure that internal processes and procedures are adhered to within the Region
Represent the company as chairperson or initiator in disciplinary enquiries
Manage the implementation, application and drafting of disciplinary documents that relates to misconduct
Conducting of all grievance procedures, incapacity, poor work performance and retrenchment matters
Provide assistance and support to the Commercial and IR Mangers
Conduct Industrial Relations related training and assist with the development of training material as and when required
If required, facilitate the implementation of regular meetings between management and organised labour (Unions, Workers Forum and Workers Representatives)
If required, responsible for setting up and monitoring the workplace forums
Facilitate and maintain a good working relationship with unions and union officials
Requirements:
- Diploma (preferred) equivalent in HR / IR or related field
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in IR and CCMA matters
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license
- Good knowledge of SA labour legislation and the Temporary Employment Services (TES)
- Public speaking ability
- Diploma (preferred) equivalent in HR / IR or related field
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in IR and CCMA matters
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license
- Good knowledge of SA labour legislation and the Temporary Employment Services (TES)
