Client CoordinationMeet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for weddings or events.Provide guidance on available packages, vendors, timelines, and venue features.Event Planning and ExecutionPlan all aspects of the event, including timelines, layouts, menus, décor, and staff coordination.Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly.Vendor ManagementCoordinate with external vendors (e.g., florists, photographers, caterers, entertainment) to ensure timely delivery of services.Team CoordinationWork closely with internal departments (kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, front office) to ensure all event needs are met.Sales and Marketing SupportPromote wedding and event packages, conduct site tours, respond to inquiries, and prepare proposals and contracts.Budget and Financial OversightManage event budgets, ensure costs are within client and business parameters, and handle billing or invoicing.Guest and Client ExperienceAct as the main point of contact for clients before and during the event, ensuring their satisfaction and handling any issues that arise.Post-Event Follow-UpConduct client feedback surveys, debrief with staff, and report on outcomes and improvement opportunities.Compliance and SafetyEnsure all events comply with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and venue policies.
