Description:

A Medical Practice in Strand -Cape Town has a position available for a medical receptionist ,

Permanent -Half Day

Times

Monday-Friday 4 hrs

Two Weekends 3 hrs

Mornings or Afternoons

Requirements:

      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
      • Candidate must be fully bilingual.
      • Familiar with point-of-sale systems.
      • Full understanding of debtor’s control.
      • Debtor’s control.
      • Stock management.
      • Account management.
      • Administrative duties.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good computer skills
      • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
      • Experience with medical aids is beneficial.
      • Ability to multitask.
