Existing Steel company in Blackheath requires the service of a salesperson
Cash office - Sales & Admin
· Manage Counter sales / ability to handle cash
· Manage inbound call, customer queries, quotes, and orders.
· Receive and process orders on PASTEL in an efficient and accurate manner
· Set clear and achievable expectations with clients and achieving them
· Respond to customer e-mails in a professional manner
· Attend to any general administrative duties.
· Available to work on Saturdays
Competencies and Experience:
· Knowledge of steel and steel products
· Sound knowledge of Pastel
· Able to work with Cash
· Previous experience in a customer service/sales role
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude)
· Ability to multitask and prioritise
· Computing skills, including MS word, Excel and Outlook
