Calling all Sales Administrators! Join a manufacturing team in the Western Cape!
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with admin tasks, data extraction (Qlikview), managing travel bookings, preparing presentations, generating reports and processing sales orders. Your expertise in sales admin systems, report creation, and customer communication will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and timely support for staff and customers.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Matric certificate and a tertiary qualification in Business Management (or similar), familiarity with ERP systems like Syspro, and 3–5 years of experience in a sales or admin environment. Good communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong organisation will also be valuable.
