Description:

Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their Head Office in Gauteng!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure legislative compliance and reporting across BBBEE, Employment Equity, and Skills Development.
  • Drive talent management through workforce planning, training, succession planning, and retention strategies.
  • Lead transformation initiatives, including diversity, GBVF programs, and BEE scorecard management.
  • Manage HR reporting, community development projects, ESOP administration, and group-wide HR systems.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources.
  • 5 years experience in a senior Generalist role within a Mining environment
  • Experience in dispute resolution, conflict management, CCMA processes and experience in budgeting and cost management.
