An exciting opportunity awaits an Insure Specialist to join a dynamic team within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is ideally suited to a self-motivated individual who thrives on structure, accuracy, and efficiency, and enjoys building strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Efficient handling of administrative duties including document filing, claim reporting, and quote processing Capturing applications with a maximum error margin of 2% Submitting and tracking new business applications within strict timeframes Managing general office duties and ensuring all queries and emails are handled within one business day Liaising with brokers, product providers, and clients professionally Monitoring and maintaining compliance systems and reporting structuresKey skills and experience required:
A minimum of 1 years administration experience in the financial services industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Afrikaans advantageous) Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel High attention to detail with strong time management and organisational skills Relevant NQF6 A team player with a high level of emotional intelligence EE Disclaimer:
