Duties and Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations with stores to ensure that the overall objectives, targets, execution and service standards are met. Key point of contact between store managers and 3rd suppliers to drive full compliance and timely rollout of campaigns. Ensure internal teams receive the support needed to achieve 100% in-store campaign delivery. Own all store communications related to campaign rollouts, installations, and updates thus ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment. Assist with uploading pre-generated invoices to supplier portals or submitting them via their preferred invoicing channels. Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely availability and uninterrupted supply for all campaign requirements. Requirements:
2 years experience Experience in customer / client service / communications / administration. While prior experience in the Point-of-Sale (POS) store industry is beneficial, it is not essential. Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn are equally valuable. Drivers Licence Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Highly proficient in Excel skills Excellent communication skills Confident, well-spoken, and organised Comfortable using technology and digital platforms Strong time management and multitasking capabilities Well organised and detail-oriented Deadline-driven with a continuous pursuit of excellence
