Key Responsibilities:Prepare and collate new client onboarding documentation. Oversee the management and updating of client CRM profile. Liaise with external and internal providers on client specific queries and implementation of instructions. Resolve and manage admin related queries or issues with clients directly on behalf of the Director. Manage the process of preparation of client review packs Draft and/or check Record of Advice and Replacement disclosure forms accurately and correctly to company internal compliance standards. Ensure CDD is done on all clients based on their risk profile according to FICA and company RMCP with guidance from internal compliance Compile proposal documents based on the Director instruction and recommendations. Compile a financial needs analysis and retirement needs analysis based on Director recommendations and instructions. Construct & produce Asset Allocation reports for existing clients. Construct & produce Proposals for both new and existing clients. Prepare Financial Needs Analyses for both new and existing clients. Preparation of meeting packs for Family Office clients. Assisting the Associate Team and Pod with complex structure onboarding both locally and offshore. Assist in the development and maintenance of wealth management products / strategies Assist Wealth Managers and Wealth Management Associates troubleshooting Financial Needs Analyses for clients Requirements:
A related BComm or BBusSci degree and a Postgraduate Degree in Financial Planning (advantageous) Experience in and solid knowledge and understanding of the financial planning environment, FAIS (CAT II advantageous), and FICA 3-5 years working experience in the financial planning environment CFP designation advantageous RE5 advantageous
