Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day administrative support to management Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Handle general office duties including filing, data capturing, and document preparation Assist with internal communications and correspondence Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and reports Support with payroll processing (advantageous) Ensure efficient office operations with minimal supervision Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or PA role Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (essential) Payroll knowledge or experience (advantageous) Fully fluent in Afrikaans (spoken and written) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to take initiative and work independently Reliable, punctual, and able to handle pressure
