Our client, a national construction company specialising in medium to large scale projects, seeks to employ a qualified and experience Surveyor (Civils and/or Building) to join this progressive and expanding professional team. Please note this is NOT a quantity surveyor role but rather a role focused on land surveying, mapping, site layout planning and data management/reporting KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:- You will have a tertiary qualification in Surveying or related discipline, coupled with 5-10 years experience in surveying of both civils and building projects.
- You will have proven experience in accurately setting out, measuring and mapping, as well as ensuring accurate data for construction planning and execution.
- You will have expert expertise in using specialized equipment to ensure precise site layout and facilitating the efficient and accurate placement of structures.
- Your expertise will include interpreting construction drawings and specifications, supporting site teams with precise survey data throughout project phases and report on project progress from a surveying perspective to stakeholders and collaborative teams
- You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
