Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Mpumalanga, Nkangala District, Kriel
Job Type: 6 monthContract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Conduct cost analysis and estimates for mining projects
- Manage project budgets and track costs throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
Education:
- Bachelor of Science: Honours in Quantity Surveying
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in quantity surveying
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in relevant software applications such as MS Excel and quantity surveying tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
