Description:
Prepare and send quotations to non-maintenance customers for services, additional parts, and repair jobs.
Contact non-maintenance customers to track their machine hours and ensure that services are up to date.
Capture daily timesheets and overtime on Sage.
Invoice monthly maintenance and excess hours for all maintenance-related customers and submit to relevant client.
Capturing daily Technician timesheets & overtime
Compiling of monthly incentive reports
Assisting with invoicing
Closing of internal job cards
Drafting of quotations and timeous submission to clients

Requirements:
Experience and QualificationsMinimum Matric
Intermediate user on Microsoft applications
Previous Administrative experience advantageous
SAGE experience a must
