Hoofverantwoordelikhede:

Besoek bestaande kliënte om ondersteuning en opvolg te bied.

Aktiewe werwing van nuwe kliënte en besigheidsgeleenthede.

Beplanning en uitvoer van terreinbesoeke en demonstrasies.

Dra van toepaslike werksdrag (“blue collar”) vir aanlegbesoeke.

Bestuur van verkoopsdoelwitte met maandelikse begrotingsverantwoordelikheid.

Handhawing van kliëntdatabasis en akkurate rekordhouding.

Verskaffing van tegniese advies gebaseer op klantbehoeftes.
Vereistes:

Technical Sales Representative
Our client, a leading provider of specialized industrial solutions, is looking for a self-driven Technical Sales Representative to strengthen existing client relationships and develop new business across South Africa and Africa. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background and a natural talent for customer service.
📍 Location: Boksburg (with frequent travel across SA and occasionally into Africa)
💰 Salary: R15,000 + Commission + Vehicle Allowance

⏱️ Working Hours: Flexible; mostly on the road, occasional office presence
Key Responsibilities:

Visit existing clients to provide support and follow-up service.

Actively source and secure new clients and business opportunities.

Plan and execute site visits and product demonstrations.

Wear appropriate workwear (“blue collar”) when visiting industrial sites.

Manage sales targets with accountability for a monthly sales budget.

Maintain a detailed and up-to-date client database.

Provide technical advice based on customer needs and industry standards.
Requirements:

Matric certificate.
-
Technical schooling or background in a technical field.
-
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the piping or related industry.

Strong sales background and customer-focused approach.

Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.

Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

Willingness to travel regularly, including international trips if required.

Ability to work in both office and industrial environments.
