Sales Representative: Agricultural equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing of the complete product ranges that include harvesters, tractors, balers and hay equipment in specifically Caledon, Hermanus, Gansbaai, Elgin Grabouw, Villiersdorp and Vyeboom areas
- Managing customer relationships and continuously delivering excellent customer service
- Expanding existing network
- Stock management and control
- Handling of administration including the registration of implements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum qualification: Tertiary qualification in agriculture/marketing and/or sales management
- At least two (2) years proven experience in marketing various agricultural equipment
- Proven product knowledge of agricultural equipment is compulsory
- Strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good marketing approach and sales skills
- Excellent planning skills
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision but also as part of a team
- Energetic with passion for building professional relationships
- Valid code B driver’s licence and access to own reliable transport is mandatory
- Code C1 driver’s licence will be an advantage
- Fully computer literate
- Must be a resident of the area.

- This position is based in Caledon and serves the Overberg region specifically Caledon, Hermanus, Gansbaai, Elgin Grabouw, Villiersdorp and Vyeboom areas.
- A market-related compensation package is offered.
