INTERNAL SALES CONSULTANT – FRENCH SPEAKING
Reporting to: Sales Director/Regional Manager
Location: Kew , Johannesburg
Salary: Market related
Starting Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent Intermediate position
Our client is seeking an energetic and results-driven French speaking Sales Representative to join their team in the display and promotional industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with existing clients, and promoting a range of display and promotional products to achieve sales targets.
ESSENTIAL – MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up on inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our display and promotional products.
- Promote products to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and applications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Quotations and Orders:
- Prepare and send quotations to clients.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve queries and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication.
Sales Administration:
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Update system with sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
