What You’ll Need:
Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or Construction
5+ years in a multi-site facilities management role
Deep knowledge of OHSA, SANS, and municipal bylaws
Proven leadership in managing contractors and internal teams
Strong background in HSE, maintenance, and project management
Valid driver’s license required
Your Core Focus Areas:
Execute a national facilities strategy
Oversee budgets, SLAs, and audits
Ensure regulatory and safety compliance (OHSA, SANS)
Drive energy efficiency and sustainability goals
Manage refurbishments, upgrades, and reporting
Lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate vendor performance
Oversee vehicle fleet operations
