Minimum Requirements:- Completed BCom in Accounting or National Diploma in Accounting
- South African citizen, with preference for candidates from designated groups (EE)
- Must be unemployed and between the age of 18 and 35
- Little or no prior work experience required – or work experience could be an advantage
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word essential
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Prepared to start the bottom
- Assist with capturing of invoices, credit notes, and payments
- Support the finance team in processing daily transactions
- Reconcile debtors and supplier accounts
- Help prepare documentation for audits and month-end processes
- Maintain accurate filing and document control
- Assist with general administrative tasks within the finance department
- Learn and apply company accounting policies and procedures
- Support ad hoc projects and tasks as required by the finance team
- A structured internship with hands-on training and mentorship
- Exposure to accounting software and real-world finance operations
