- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle general office duties including filing, data capturing, and document preparation
- Assist with internal communications and correspondence
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and reports
- Support with payroll processing (advantageous)
- Ensure efficient office operations with minimal supervision
- Proven experience in an administrative or PA role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (essential)
- Payroll knowledge or experience (advantageous)
- Fully fluent in Afrikaans (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and able to handle pressure
