Route Management is seeking to employ a Legal Adviser in its Legal Department.
We are a large multinational group of companies with over 4600 employees, catering to a broad product range and covering a vast geographical area on the African – continent.
We seek an individual who wants to expand his skillset and experience beyond litigation and become part of our dynamic in-house legal team. The successful candidate will be based at our Group Head Office in Bloemfontein.
The position entails the following, with the scope to expand into further and more complex functions:
- Pre-litigation debt collection;
- Managing debt collection instructions to external attorneys;
- Drafting of standard type agreements;
- Review of external standard-type agreements for approval and signature;

- Debt Collection
- Post-Admission Litigation : 3 to 4 years
- Admission As Attorney
The following minimum requirements apply:
- LL.B – degree;
- Admission as attorney;
- 3 years post-admission litigation experience.
