In this role, you will:
· Strategize and program pre-contract activities.
· Administer contracts and essential documentation.
· Build and manage high-performing project teams (contractors and consultants).
· Facilitate seamless design, procurement, and construction workflows.
· Execute construction programs with precision and efficiency.
· Foster strong communication within the team and with clients.
· Proactively manage risks to ensure project success.
· Lead productive site and project meetings.
· Coordinate financial tracking, progress updates, and reporting.
· Provide insightful monthly reports to clients.
· Oversee smooth project close-out and handover processes.
We're looking for someone with:
· A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
· At least 3 years of demonstrated success in Project Management within the Construction or Consulting sectors (property development exposure advantageous)
· A strong self-starter mentality, a commitment to hard work, and a desire for continuous professional development.
· Competency in Microsoft Office software and general computer applications.
· Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., AutoCAD, WinQS) is advantageous
