Minimum Requirements:Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory) Diploma or Degree in a related field (Preferred) 12 years of supervisory experience in a production environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Role-Specific Competencies:
Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment Ability to analyse and report on operational data Effective under pressure and adaptable to change Skills and Attributes:
Strong scheduling and organisational abilities Solid understanding of workplace safety standards Accuracy in completing written records and reports Proven leadership and people management skills Compliance with health and safety standards, including daily upkeep of the production area
