Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Equipment Maintenance
Perform first-time repairs and preventative maintenance on coffee and beverage equipment, resolving mechanical, electrical, and software-related faults. Calibrate and program machines to meet high-quality brewing standards and customer-specific drink specifications. Install, test, and commission equipment on-site, ensuring functional and aesthetic compliance before sign-off. Maintain expertise in fault finding, stripping and reassembling machine components, and programming advanced parameters across a range of equipment including espresso machines, grinders, vending units, slush, juice, and filter machines. Customer Interaction & Site Support
Provide operational guidance to customers, clearly communicate faults and corrective actions, and ensure a professional image through personal appearance and vehicle cleanliness. Announce your presence and purpose at each site visit, escalate unresolved issues such as incorrect addresses or unprepared sites to the Technical Support Manager, and promote company values and ethics at all times. Tool, Spares & Stock Management
Conduct regular tool checks and take accountability for lost tools and spare parts. Manage boot stock levels, perform weekly stock counts, and review stock age analysis reports. Ensure cost-conscious handling of replacement parts and maintain control of inventory usage on each job. Administrative & Reporting Duties
Complete accurate job cards and sheets with part codes and detailed descriptions. Record instances of customer negligence and obtain management sign-off. Manage administrative tasks such as leave applications and support accurate reporting on operational activities. Safety, Health & Environmental Compliance
Adhere to all SHE protocols, keeping vehicles and workspaces clean and hazard-free. Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), use only authorized tools, assess site risks, and ensure equipment safety before maint
