A leading company in the optical industry is seeking dynamic Regional Managers to oversee operations across multiple branches in the respective regions.
Minimum Requirements:
Completed SAIPA articles Proven leadership and management experience Willingness to work retail hours, including some weekendsKey Responsibilities:
Effective stock control and inventory management Ensuring excellent customer service standards Human resource management, including recruitment, training, retention, and disciplinary processes Full financial oversight of allocated stores Remuneration:
R20 000 – R30 000 per month, based on experience
