Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, in line with IFRS and company policy. Perform general ledger reconciliations, manage journals, and ensure accurate reporting for property portfolios. Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, and provide variance analysis to stakeholders. Oversee VAT submissions, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support year-end audits. Liaise with asset managers, property managers, and external auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.Skills & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Completed or studying towards SAICA or similar professional qualification. 5+ years experience in financial accounting, preferably within the property or real estate industry. Strong knowledge of IFRS and property management systems such as MDA, SAP, Pastel, or similar. High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Apply Now!
