Key Objectives
Take overall accountability for the sales of all bio-conditioning products, ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through proactive planning, deployment, and management of the sales team within the region. Strategy and Sales Planning
Drive the organisation’s strategy to achieve market share, profit, and customer satisfaction goals within the bioconditioning division, staying within budget. Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet targets, collaborating on national/global account strategies to identify growth opportunities.Customer Management
Proactively acquire and retain customers, building strong relationships with key accounts to drive long-term success. Use market knowledge and customer feedback to enhance product offerings, increase market penetration, and deliver value by addressing customer needs.
