This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage end-to-end procurement functions while ensuring compliance, cost-efficiency, and seamless supply chain coordination. Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a procurement role within the mining sector
• Strong knowledge of PPE and mining spare parts
• Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and inventory control skills
• Ability to travel to site in Lephalale once a month for one week
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, or similar

Responsibilities include:

• Managing supplier relationships and procurement contracts
• Sourcing and purchasing PPE and spare parts
• Coordinating logistics for site operations
• Monitoring procurement budgets and maintaining stock levels
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
