Description:
Admin clerk required - R6000 pm
Main duties will include:
1. Data capturing, processing of Payments, Invoices & Quotations
2. General admin (attending to client queries, account queries, emails, etc.)
3. Daily Cash Ups
3. Stock control (Stock takes)
4. Answering Telephone
5. Following up on uncollected/unpaid orders
Candidates must have:
1. Experience in accounting field
2. Be computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Office)
3. Attention to detail
4. Professional at all times, good work ethic and determined to grow
5. Good telephone etiquette
6. Punctual
7. Organized, time management, interpersonal skills etc.
8. Ability to work unsupervised
9. Go-getter - able to achieve targets
10. Willingness to learn, adapt, and work under pressure
11. Have a good attitude and able to work within a team
Working Hours
Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
Starting Salary R6000 pm
