A highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant/Admin Assistant to join our fast-paced property company in Sandton. You’ll be responsible for proving administrative support directly, playing a key role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will be responsible for:
- Managing daily correspondence – emails, phone calls, and messages
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel plans
- Assisting with both business and personal administrative tasks
- Maintaining records and managing office filing systems
- Preparing documents, reports, and meeting agendas
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and follow-ups
Requirements:
