Description:
To process, administer & maintain records for the general ledger in accordance with generally accepted accounting procedures and IFRS.To process and administer the Debtors ledger and control debtors by obtaining prompt payment for goods & services supplied, in conformance with company financial control procedures, while maintaining a quality service relationship with customers.
Management accounts for 5 companies.
Assisting Financial Manager with various tasks.
Reconciliation of Debtors accounts and handling & resolving customer queries.
Contact Debtors to collate payments and collection of cheques.
Processing of all month end transactions on Business Central and overseeing that the printed statements are sent to all customers within 2 working days after month end cut-off
Proforma invoices for Sales when requested
Customer queries on invoices
Daily invoicing of sales.
Filing of POD’s and all relevant documentation for all companies.
Update monthly water usage and sewerage usage for Directors
Do COS Analysis as when requested for Financial Manager
Loading of all payments on Banks for all companies, also for Wages.
3rd Party reconciliations monthly.
Assisting Auditors at year end with information on Debtors.
General ledger account recons as may be necessary.
Requirements:
10 - 15 years financial experience, all functions up to management AccountsExcel advance
