A well-known organisation is seeking a Spares Administrator, responsible for processing all spare parts order, to join their team in Gauteng. Requirements:
Grade 12
Experience working with / selling Spare Parts (essential)
Technically Minded
Strong Computer Literacy
High level of attention to detail and providing customers with a satisfactory experience
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Processing all customer spares transactions
Managing all spares orders from entry to finalisation
Manage all customer feedback requirements (order status, backorder reports and general enquiries)
Using initiative to resolve customer queries
