Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also receive training to enhance your sales skills and knowledge of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

Make calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.

Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge

A degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
