Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced GES TMM to join their mine in the Northern Cape!
Responsibilities:
- Drive Transformation: Support change management, operational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure Compliance & Quality: Oversee quality management, SHERQ programs, and compliance with IMS standards.
- Optimize Resources: Manage sub-functional resources, engineering services, and workshop operations efficiently.
- Promote Team & Personal Growth: Lead performance management, workforce planning, and close training gaps.
- Maintain Excellence: Uphold data integrity, effective housekeeping, budget control, and strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Trade Certificate is required
- N6 Certificate / National N Diploma
- 5 years’ experience in a Management role and 8 years’ experience within a Mining TMM environment
- Valid Code B Driving License
