Description:
To take accountability for the safety, health, environment, risk and quality assurance aspects of
hospital operations by ensuring full compliance, of all staff in the workplace, with health and safety
standards through identification, prevention and control of hospital risks including infection control.
In addition, the incumbent will co-ordinate work systems to ensure that the services of the hospital
meet the highest health and safety standards, according to legal requirements, and that the working
conditions of employees are favourable and safe.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification
Diploma: Nursing
Risk Management Certificate
Experience Requirements
3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar environment
Current BLS accreditation
Instructor BLS accreditation advantageous
