Responsible for the administration of Regional functions in respect of performance tracking and reporting, personnel document filing, stock control, rostering and other ad hoc functions as and when required.

  • Betting Experience
  • Sales Experience
  • Marketing Experience

Advantageous:

  • 1 – 2 years administration experience
  • Computer Literate (Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft word)
  • Valid Driver’s license

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

  • Consolidation and submission of subsistence and travel claims.
  • Liaise with Area Managers and Operations for order numbers and approvals.
  • Facilitate flights and accommodation bookings.
  • Maintain a data base of frequently used accommodation (i.e.: B&B’s) and negotiate better pricing.
  • Ordering of stationery and other necessary work equipment required by the Operations Support Team.
  • Consolidation and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly reports after its been reviewed by Ops Support.
  • Follow up and submission of Tax Invoices to finance and Audits.
  • Follow up with Payroll for terminated team members and update records.
  • Work with the Regional Team to ensure regional growth targets for Mobile betting are achieved.
  • Assist with setting up TUV Outlets and Helpdesks within the Region and conduct promotions at these Outlets alongside the Mobile Clerks.
  • Manage leave/absenteeism documentation and application process for Mobile Clerks and support team in Mozambique.
  • Ensure the Mobile Clerks (Outlets and Fields) files are up to date.
  • Ensure Mobile Clerks have uniforms and name badges.
  • Check timekeeping of Mobile Clerks to ensure they are at work on time and review hours worked.
  • Report on any shortages that are encountered or communicated.
  • Check the operations to ensure all are in order e.g. inventory, uniforms, terminals/machines are working, file updates and review sales targets and progress.
  • Assist with planning and implementation of Mobile promotions and conduct promotions at Outlets or Field.
  • Coaching the Mobile Clerks in how to conduct their functions and showing them how it is done and work as Mobile Clerk as and when required.
  • Stock control of Mobile/promotional items within the Region.
  • Ensure that Mobile Clerks are actively promoting the Hollywood brand and Mobile betting and that correct branding materials are used and made visible.
  • Maintain strong relationships with store Managers in the Region E.g. Spar, Mica and Shoprite etc. and Managers.
  • Work closely with the Operations Support Team, which includes the Mobile, contact center as well as Deposits/Withdrawals to ensure that Customers are serviced appropriately.
  • Extensive travel is required between South Africa and Mozambique.
  • Collation of vehicle inspection documents and concise filing and tracking of these.
  • Any other adhoc duties that might be required
