Job Description:
As a Site Manager, you will assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks and oversee projects. You will play a crucial role in managing staff, equipment and ensuring the quality of work meets our standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager with daily operations and project oversight.
- Manage staff and ensure quality control of work to expected standards.
- Report on project progress to management.
- Manage equipment and machinery effectively.
- Provide feedback to management on work progress and any issues.
- Ensure the completion of works on time and within budget.
- Schedule, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities.
- Order and manage equipment on a daily basis.
- Coordinate delivery/pick-up of materials as required.
- Conduct and amend risk assessments and deliver toolbox talks/briefings.
Availability to travel:
The successful candidate must be flexible and available to travel for work as required, including to various project sites. This may involve both short-term and extended assignments, depending on project needs.
