Role Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Media Strategist who knows how to turn cultural insights and audience behaviors into high-impact media strategies. You’ll be responsible for building multi-platform digital media plans—from social and influencer to performance and programmatic—helping our clients connect meaningfully and measurably with the people who matter most.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that spans campaign planning, platform strategy, measurement frameworks, and real-time optimization. If you understand how to fuse creative ideas with channel nuance and data, and you thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Develop Media Strategies: Create full-funnel, insight-driven digital media strategies that align with brand goals and campaign objectives.
- Channel Planning: Design and execute media plans across paid social, display, programmatic, influencer, and content partnerships.
- Audience Targeting: Define key audiences using a combination of first-party data, platform insights, and market research.
- Campaign Architecture: Collaborate with creatives and content teams to ensure media formats, placements, and assets are optimized for performance and platform.
- Performance Tracking: Build measurement frameworks and work with analytics teams to monitor KPIs and optimize in real time.
- Client Communication: Present strategies, performance reports, and optimization recommendations clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
- Stay Ahead: Keep tabs on media trends, emerging platforms, and changes in the digital ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital media strategy, planning, or buying (agency or in-house).
- Deep knowledge of digital platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and programmatic ecosystems.
- Experience building campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Strong understanding of media metrics (CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and attribution models.
- Familiarity with media buying tools, analytics dashboards, and data visualization platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio).
- Collaborative and comfortable working closely with creatives, strategists, and data teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with influencer or creator-led media planning.
- Familiarity with e-commerce media strategy and DTC funnels.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar.
- Interest in culture, trends, and storytelling formats.
