Our client is one of the leading international manufacturers of chassis-related assemblies and components for trailers, trucks and buses.- Product Knowledge and Consultation : Advise customers on the correct vehicle parts based on vehicle specs, load requirements, and application, demonstrating good technical knowledge.
- Sales and Customer Service : Build and maintain relationships with clients, repair shops, and owner-operators to generate sales, handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve any product issues or returns.
- Inventory Coordination : Work with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels of axle-related and other components, identify fast-moving items, and assist with forecasting demand.
- Market and Competitor Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor pricing, and new product releases to position your offerings competitively and provide up-to-date recommendations.
- Technical Support and After-Sales Service : Provide installation guidance, troubleshooting help, and follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and correct product usage.
- 2 to 3 years industry experience
- Grade 12
- Driver’s license
- Travel Nationally
