A Well established company based in Linbro park requires a Receptionist / Administrator.
DUTIES:
- Front desk, attending to clients and switchboard operation with 4 extensions
- Assisting with basic invoices, checking that they are entereted in the correct sequence on the system, then scan to PDF so that warehouse can work with them
Requirements:

- Computer Literate
- MS Office (MS Excel,MS Word and MS Outlook)
- Quickbooks advantageous (training will be provided)
- Preficiency in the English Language
- Medical company experience advantageous
